From The Heart - Inner Child Workshop
This Valentines season, give yourself the gift of self-love and connection. In this intimate workshop, we will create vision boards using photos[different ages] of your younger self to map your healing journey and reconnect with your inner child. We will close with a deeply restorative Reiki-infused sound bath meditation, helping you embrace self-love and nurture the parts of you that need it most.
