Meditate for the next 7 days on your auric field.
Start the day with a protection affirmation then access your aura after the day to see how well it kept up.
Check In with your auric field before shower or before bed [whichever comes last].
See how it feels, looks, smells. Does it have any tears? Holes? What color is it?
Write your observations down each time you do it. Review at the end of the 7 days to see any patterns, habits, emotions, themes, etc that may have arised from connecting with your aura!
